The RAD Block is designed for use with the RAD Roller and/or Rounds to extend the functionality and effectiveness of your massage tools. Use it to raise the height of your Roller and Rounds for better leverage in hard-to-reach places, or stabilize and isolate pressure with no rolling. Its slots also double as a convenient storage mechanism for easy, full-kit travel.
