Improve your balance and strengthen your core muscles with the balance disc. Ideal for introductory balance training, the disc has a different texture on each side to help you avoid slipping and to vary the difficulty of your workout. One side is smooth and the other side is tactile featuring little prongs that will give you a nice feeling on the bottom of your foot.
- Moves and looks like a fitness ball when used on any seat.
- Can be used as a dynamic cushion to activate major muscle groups or as a standing disc to improve balance and lower extremity strength.
- Inflates with a traditional ball needle
