Create an outdoor circuit routine

If you like High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training or Bootcamp, why not take your routine outdoors. All your need is some exercise bands, jump rope, or a TRX Training Kits to turn nature into your own personal gym. Or if you prefer a class environment, consider joining a outdoor HIIT class or Bootcamp.

Do yoga outdoors

There is nothing more relaxing than doing yoga outside. During the spring and summer many yoga studios and community centres offer yoga classes at local parks. Don’t miss out on this.

Create your own home gym

During the Spring, people start to think about their bikini bods and hit the gym or trails. Fitness Clubs can get pretty crowded this time of year. Spring is a great time to create your own home gym. Take your bike out for a spin

Biking outdoors is a fun and exhilarating activity for all ages and fitness levels. Dust off your old bicycle and take it for a spin at a local park. Or if you’re more advanced, it’s the perfect time to start road biking, trail biking or downhill mountain biking.

Join a sports team
